History

    Instant Security has been an instant success, since it commenced business in 1991, by providing an alternative method for the sale, manufacture and installation of security doors and screens. In 1993 the Instant Security business was acquired by Patricia and Stephen Frampton who recognised the considerable potential of providing each customer with a higher level of service and a quality finished product.

    The secret of their success was that they cared about every customer so much that it reflected in the finished product that they supplied resulting in considerable satisfaction from each customer after they inspected their security doors and screens.

    The business proved to be too successful with Pat and Steve and they were no longer able to keep up with the demand. The addition of another workshop operated by employees was not the answer as it was important to ensure that they could maintain their standards. Franchising their business offered them the opportunity to expand with motivated owner operators who would care about each customer as much as they did.
